Mike provided excellent customer service for me. He was very quick and finished the alterations a day earlier than requested. Plus, Mike was super nice and friendly to chat with in the store.nnGreat service at a fair price, highly recommended!
Although others seem to have had a good experience here, I cannot say the same. I brought my cream couch cushion covers here which had a few small stains on them (spills) but were otherwise club excellent condition. The covers weren’t ready when I was told they would be. When I did pick them up I got home and they were filthy - a million times worse than when I dropped them off (see covers one day before with cat and when I got them home with stains). I phoned them and they said to bring them back in and they would sort them out. Again, they weren’t ready when I went to pick them up. When I finally did get them (six trips to Jet Cleaners and three weeks later) they hadn’t managed to get the original small stains out (I don’t really mind this - maybe it just wasn’t possible) and there is also some yellow staining that I am fairly certain wasn’t there when I dropped them off. No refund or apology was offered.
Mike & co are great! A real New Haven small business. Prompt service & good communication throughout.

Have been using Jet Cleaners for dry cleaning since moving to New Haven in 2012; always professional, timely and pleasant to work with.nnCompelled to write a review because the owner, Mike Amore, was gracious in hemming a pair of slacks at the last minute. He squeezed me in even though was busy with other stuff, and the pants came out great!nnHighly recommend for any cleaning/ tailoring needs in New Haven area.
