The technician was very efficient and did a great job clearing all the drains. He was very helpful in explaining how to keep them clear from now on. He was also very patient and made sure that the water was draining as it should. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone
I called for an emergency main sewage line clog that was flowing back into basement. Carl was a lifesaver tonight. There was massive root growth into the line and Carl was not leaving until he freed it so we can use the water again. I feel that anyone else would have gave up because of how long it was taking but man I'm glad Carl was the guy that got dispatched. He had his own cutter head that HE MADE for jobs like this. I honestly cannot thank him enough for going at it so long and not giving up on me. Damien was called in for backup and he was great as well. Both men were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on and what else needs to be done. I hope these guys have monday off as they were here so late fighting for me. Really, thank you both I hope you see this!

Our technician was very professional, respectful and friendly. He answered our questions without hesitation or issue and was in no way belittling. He explained to us many preventive measures to help us in the future. He wore his PPE, mask AND gloves the whole time he was here. It made us feel very comfortable while he was working. He even did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.
Orlando was very patient and thorough with unclogging our kitchen sink. In addition, he took every precaution in terms of PPE so we all felt comfortable having him in our house. After remedying the situation, he cleaned everything. Thank you for sending Orlando. It was pleasure working with him.
