SERVPRO of NE Albuquerque

Started out great. Went down hill soon after. Was told things were going to be completed but never were. Missing many items. Did not give permission for my things to be moved off site. Was told every thing stayed on site. My belongings were moved out of the pod out front to a warehouse while I was at work. I have identity theft now. I would never recommend this company. The person I deal with is condescending and rude. They cut corners to make more money on you from your insurance. I am filing with the Attorney Generals office, BBB and the State Insurance regulators office.

Everyone I came into contact with at ServPro was extremely friendly and professional, which was so needed and helped put me at ease in a very difficult and stressful circumstance! Thanks so much for everything you guys did, I really can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of your hard work!!!!! Excellent job in all aspects!

This company has come to my rescue after a house fire. They are so professional, compassionate, kind and work like no one I have ever seen! Great care to my house and belongings! Thank you! Highly recommended!

Someone came out right away to check out my water damage. They told me that the damage was cosmetic, so they did not need to perform any service. Despite performing a full inspection of the situation, I wasn’t charged anything. Very helpful!
