Great company! Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed plumbing in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The house feels like new again. Their rates are very reasonable and they even called the next day to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Would definitely recommend this company.
I’ve used Mack Plumbing a couple of times since moving into my new house. Jamie has come right out both times to fix the issue, one being a hot water heater replacement. He is very professional, trustworthy and fairly priced. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a plumber.
We had a appointment for Mack plumbing to come out to our house today Friday April 17 between 9-11. I did ask if they had any cancellations if they could come early. I received two phone calls early in the morning yesterday but couldn’t get to my phone due to medical reasons. When I spoke to a woman later I told her my brother went to get some parts to try to fix some of the issue by himself to save us some money we don’t have. I asked her to keep our appointment for the next day unless she heard from me otherwise. I did later leave a message we didn’t need them but a hour later realized we did so l left another message saying to keep our standing appointment between 9-11. Well no one showed up by 11:30 so my brother called. He was treated very rudely. When he still asked if someone was coming or should we get someone else he was told “get someone else” then hung up on. I’ve never had a company treat me or my family that way. Mack was a good guy and my parents new him for 40 plus years but the company is not the same anymore.
George Mack Plumbing is the best. They come out when they say they will. They are very professional. Their work is Quality and their prices are reasonable.
