Our apartment building was recently acquired by new owners and with them came Plum managing the property. We've only had them a few months but already they have been very responsive to our concerns. Jennifer worked closely with me, guiding me through a very unique situation of some sketchy people that previous tenants let stay in a camper outside our building and they stayed when the tenants moved on. It created a very uncomfortable and unsafe environment for our neighborhood and our kids. Jennifer provided very responsive, professional and knowledgeable guidance on how to remedy the situation and worked with us and local authorities to get it under control and safe again! Carly has also been very responsive and fair when handling our concerns as well. I can tell this is a group of people who care about their properties and their tenants safety and concerns. Thanks Plum!! I would recommend anyone searching for property management companies to rent from.....to try them first.

We worked with Plum for a little over 2 years and highly recommend them for renting through as a young professional. We had some issues with tenants making our living space unsafe in our building and Plum was quick to action to help remedy the situation and address the issues. Working with Kyara has been a breeze over the years. Her and her staff made our move out during the pandemic and moving to another state easy. We received our security deposit in full in less than a week. If you're a great tenant and pay rent on time they go beyond to make sure you are happy renting with them.

I have been interacting with Plum Property Management for a couple days now and I am impressed with how helpful their customer service is. Any questions I’ve ever had, they answer, with great a responses. Their properties they list on their website and on apartments.com are all very nice, clean, and affordable.

Plum Property Management has been great with me ever since I moved into one of their properties back in April. Amidst these strange times with Covid; loss of jobs, financial hardships, etc. Plum has answered every question I have had and provided great customer service. Definitely one of my best renting experiences I have had so far in Missoula! Thanks Plum!

I just had a wonderful experience with Plum today! I worked with Kyara and Molly and they both were extremely kind and helpful! Moving here from out of state has been a stressful process and they made everything so much easier for us. Seeing the property was simple and it was just as the pictures showed. So thankful to have found this company!
