Working with Matt and the team at Clark Fork Realty was one of the best parts about moving to Missoula. Matt explained every step of the process, was a wealth of local information, and made us feel well informed about the distinctive aspects of different areas of town, in addition to giving us a taste of the history of the place. We ended up with a house we are really happy with, and he and his team made the closing process smooth and completely transparent. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone considering a realtor in the area.

In a town full of shady property management companies and bad landlords, Clark Fork Realty stands high above the rest!nnI have lived and rented in Missoula since 2011 and these folks are hands-down the best people I have rented from. Clark Fork Realty is timely, professional, non-intrusive, and very easy to deal with. Applying was reasonable and hassle free. I was happily greeted every time I went into their brick & mortar office. The lease terms were very agreeable. When stuff broke - they fixed it within hours!nnI cant say enough good about them. I only moved out to pursue better career opportunities elsewhere. When I moved out, they were very fair with returning my security deposit, refunding me exactly what I was owed and providing an itemized receipt for the deductions made - there was no gouging, nickle & diming, etc - just professionalism. These guys rock.nnMelanie (their head property manager) deserves a hats off, as she really represented Clark Fork Realty well. If I ever own an investment property, I would like Clark Fork to manage it.nnI would 100% rent from them again.

Matt did a awesome job helping us buy our home in Missoula. He is honest and hard working. Even during the height of the COVID-19 outbreak, he was doing all he could (responsibility through social distancing) to do virtual tours and the like. Also, has a lot of good contacts with inspectors and contractors, etc. and is knowledgeable and resourceful. Would recommend highly!
