We have had both of our kids in MVM for going on 5 years now, and would recommend it for anyone. The kids have always had a blast while learning and setting them up well for school. The teachers and owners are invested in the kids and it shows.

I am also a neighbor to this preschool/daycare. I have heard and seen things go on at this place that are just offal! So They always have the kids hold on to this rope coming to and from the play ground and the staff person was walking so fast 3 kids fell down “staff lady looked mad” she waiting till they got up and then started walking fast again and then 2 more kids fell down! SomenStaff yell at the kids while outside. Some Are aggressive with the kids and it’s just so very sad! I have seen kids fall down walking in from the play ground and then they just get yanked back up and they are crying. Kids shouldn’t be treated this way! I have witnessed stuff go on since I have lived here for 2 years! I am so thankful I am able to stay home with my kids.

We love Missoula Valley Montessori! The teachers are very loving, caring and compassionate. They treat each child as an individual and encourage their uniqueness. We were thrilled to hear they focus on science in addition to reading, writing, math and arts and crafts. Our 4 year old daughter is becoming a well rounded individual. She is looking forward to summer camp and another exciting year this fall. We highly recommend Missoula Valley Montessori as an excellent school for young children.

I am a neighbor to this Montessori, thanks to the women and gentleman who take the children out, I almost avoided Montessori for my son all together. Thankfully I found a great place for my little guy (at a different Montessori). The teachers/teacher aids are horrible to the kids. They yell constantly, are VERY condescending, and are not nurturing. I listen to littles cry every day, get yelled at for not being fast enough, and are guilted for making mistakes with their “friends”. I wouldn’t allow people to yell, guilt, and ignore my child in this sort of setting. I’ve listened to this for over a year. Something has to change. I chose Montessori so my child would enjoy school and love the place he spends most of his time, thankfully I found that elsewhere.

We’ve been astounded and so very pleased with the experience our children have had at MVM. I never hesitated leaving my children in their care, knowing they are invested in not only their academic needs, but also social pragmatic growth. The environment is stimulating and fun with activities in and out of the classroom, exposing them to academic learning and also life skills. The kiddos learn to work with peers, sometimes mentoring and building leadership skills, other times learning to listen and solve problems as a team. The foundation they’ve built is beyond what I could have hoped or provided for them myself. As an aside, not only did the kids have fun...we (us parents) thoroughly enjoyed laughs with the wonderful teachers and staff and became close to fellow parents. I’m so thankful we found MVM and cannot thank the teachers/staff enough. I've confidently recommended Missoula Valley Montessori to many friends and will continue to do so.
