Dusty was responsive, affordable and professional. He dealt with all of my plumbing issues when I first bought my house and made sure that the home inspector didn’t miss any issues. He took the time to explain the well and sprinkler systems and even answered questions I had later on that allowed me to perform my own repairs. He is honest and dependable.

Dusty returned my wife's call within an hour after our hot water tank stopped doing it's only job. Dusty was able to come out to our house that same afternoon and assess the situation and let us know we likely just needed to get a new tank - why put good money toward bad? :). He was able to have a new tank installed and running hot water the next day. The house was left clean and he did a very professional job. I would highly recommend his company to anyone with plumbing or heating issues. Very fair and honest.

Called for emergency services and not until hearing what the issue was did he tell me he can’t do any 24 hour services because he’s stuck home with the kids. Call Bill’s 24 hour plumbing instead.
