I've used Bill's services a couple times. Both times he has been helpful and professional. Today he came out to look at what turned out to be a significant problem, stemming from the prior homeowner's poor remodeling decisions. Although Bill said the work we need is a bigger job than he can take on, he spent time explaining his opinions and pointing out things that would likely need to be done. Very helpful information. And he didn't charge anything at all for his time. Much appreciated.
We purchased a new home and had Bill come look at a suspicious drain. While he was there he offered to consult on any other plumbing and heating questions. He showed me the sprinkler system shut-off and a tip to keep the pipes clear during winter, explained a missing plug in a main drain in the laundry room (which he replaced) and offered his opinion on how to move forward with a funky water heater installation from several years ago. I asked if he had history working on the property, and we learned about major issues that had not been disclosed by the seller, and Bill helped guide us in understanding how we could proceed in investigating repairs and undisclosed issues on a new home. I couldn’t believe how lucky we got, not only in having the same plumber as the previous owner (and a record of prior issues), but his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help us to the highest extent possible. We will never call anyone else!
Bill came to my home and fixed a water leak. Even though it was just a simple fix. he was very kind, professional and willing to show me and take the time to explain to me the task he was completing, in case I have a future emergency that I could simply handle on my own. I have absolute confidence in Bill's Plumbing that I'm going to get plumbing repairs done expertly, quickly, and at a fair price. A good example is when I called Bill's about a leaking water heater. I was prepared to purchase a new one, but Bill told me that it just needed a minor repair and that the heater still had years of service left in it. That's the kind of dependable advice and service that you can count on from Bill.
We have used Bill’s for a few years and always got good service/response. Not today. His customer “service” gal is rude. Belongs in another line of work. But today, so was Bill. I guess overworked.nNot going back. I have never posted a bad review on any business. Unprofessional. Don’t bother.nGo to Hellgate Plumbing/Heating. Nice ppl.
