Great customer service. They were able to come out the same day for emergency well pump service. Although the service visit hit a snag, the management was honest and the company proved to operate with utmost integrity. The technicians are also friendly and honest as well and care about getting it right. After my initial posting, I read the other reviews to see that someone called out a negative experience with manager Mike and I felt compelled to say that this was not our experience at all. Mike was very honest and pleasant to deal with.

H2O never disappoints! Polite, professional and reliable. The techs have maintained my water softener system for 10+ years and are always knowledgable, and friendly. Office staff extremely helpful and familiar with the products as well.
Every part of the service is great from booking the appointment to the day of service and the follow up. Highly recommend this company!
Not happy about having my appointment canceled a few hours before there arrival.I understand emergencies but there should ge a back up plan.Instead,I lose a day off and still haven't had my water tested.
