Best cleaners in Albuquerque. The staff goes over the top to please you. The girl in the morning is so kind and polite. The guy with the colorful T-shirts is terrific also!!! Thank you

I have been dropping off items for dry cleaning for about a year now, and have never had any issues. Their pricing is super reasonable, and when I've asked for items to be treated gently (old Japanese silks); they've always delivered. I've even needed items rushed (next day) and they were able to accommodate me. Would absolutely recommend!

A month ago I would have given this location a 4 or 5 rating. And actually on quality of work I would still give them 4 stars. It’s the gentleman behind the counter that is causing me to look for another dry cleaners. Every time I take in ladies cotton buttonup shirts he argues w me about how to clean them. For over 7 years I have always requested they be laundered with light starch instead of dry cleaned. I have never had a problem other than a couple of buttons being damaged. The reason is Two fold: One: I get a lot of makeup transfer on my collars and have to pretreat w a stain remover and scrub them before taking to the cleaners (when using stain remover they can not dry clean then) and two: it’s more expensive to dry clean. It was never a problem (except they charge more for women shirts than they do men’s ..hmmmm, discrimination?) until this gentleman started working at the Los Ranchos location. I am tired of arguing with him every Week when I drop off shirts and now he argues with me even when I pick them up. It’s just not worth it.

If I could I would rate this place with zero stars. My grandfather took my Letterman jacket to this place and during the week and they told him it would be done Saturday by 4:00 pm. I went to go pick it up a little after 4:00 and they told me they didn't have it and needed to find it. They proceeded to call different stores they work with and told me they might have sent it to Colorado to get it cleaned(which thankfully they didn't). They finally found out it was at another store on San Antonio and I don't know where, but that I would need to come back and pick up my uncleaned jacket on Monday because they cant clean leather. I explained what happened to my grandfather and said the lady had even checked the tags for what kind of material it is. I am extremely upset and disappointed how they went about it all telling me they had no idea where my $400 jacket was. I will never go there again.
