SMI Facility Services

Here's my experience with this company in the beginning it was great since they needed somebody they hired me right away and all the jobs were in my area and offered me overtime since they were short-staffed I was in the company roughly six months towards the last two months of my employment things were getting real fishy with management they slowly took a property from me claiming that it was dirty but even after many photos of before and afters and a request to do a walk- through the day the said properly "made the claim" was denied the property was taken from me I was a little upset but since I did have a day job I'd let it be then maybe a month-and-a-half later the same claim was made on another property this was real fishy because this was one of the cleanest properties and before I took over it was a mess windows were never clean nor the window seals they will never move appliances in kitchen as there was crumbs everywhere in the back I come from Florida where I was taught in a more professional manner we even went as far as cleaning the inside of the appliances although this company did not ask of it I would do it once a month to the small appliances I even had a client tell me I can actually see through the windows and ever since I took over he kept his blinds up so back to SMI my supervisor Daniela called me out of the blue and was at one of my property which was weird because she is based in Albuquerque so she went and did a surprise walkthrough with me through all my properties and she could not find one thing wrong! The next week supposably the same property called with an issue and they requested all my keys this time I was not going down so easily I refuse to give the keys without an explanation as of why I was being terminated Daniella told me she had no information that I had to speak with the office I tried to make several attempts to speak with I believe her name was Gloria but she was always busy ,but as a hard worker I never waste time so I was in the process of looking for another job when she called and left a message she was saying that I had to speak with Daniela because she got the complaint so........ something smells but this time it isn't fishy seems like they can't get their lie right but I had already gotten a better opportunity so I did not fight but my whole point was go ahead and make up any other lie you want but do not discredit my work ethic
