We were here pre Covid last year and found it pretty average. It’s a very small place. Nothing specific to mention here.

Beautiful place to visit. Kids will love the play.

I loved this place when I was little. Too bad I’m too old to go there.

My family and I live in CA, and we visit children's museums wherever we go. This one is my favorite as they do an outstanding job of integrating basic scientific principles with play. The museum used to be a large home/mansion and has several separate rooms to explore. There are quiet areas and bathrooms all over to relax, breastfeed, etc. I also appreciated all of the little touches, like signs about spare clothes' kits in case your child has a potty accident. Really cool kid's museum. My kids are 6.5 and 8.5 years old, and they didn't want to leave. So much to do. Budget at least 2 hours and longer is better.

There are many rooms with different themes to entertain kids. I have had trouble watching my kids in the medieval room numerous times due to the out of view places. There’s a nice play area in the basement for babies and young toddlers but it’s impossible to use if have older kids with you because they can’t go in. This is a great place for rainy days. They have extra clothes and diapers in all bathrooms which is a terrific touch!
