Subway

The help is rude & seriously lacking customer service skills. Veggies are always old & wilted. I'd recommend driving to any other location in the area.

Had amazing service from Gavin! He did an amazing job on our sandwiches and was super awesome about the food! He made sure to add extra pepper! Will definitely come back when he is working!

The poorest service I've seen. The place was so gross. We watched people eating in their carts and standing instead of sitting cause of how filthy it was. When we asked to have our table cleaned so we could sit. They made us wait for 10 mins to come out with a Clorox wipe. They swiped table very fast. With two strokes. Was super rude to us about it. Then when we asked for a manger they told us they don't give that out. We had the manager employee at Walmart come in. They couldn't believe how bad it was in here. Told us to call health department and take pictures. Just wow. I wouldn't eat here if I were you.

This goes out to not only this Subway but to all the Subways in Missoula I am 38 years old and have been going to Subway restaurants for over 20 years in that time I have found that Subway restaurant is the healthiest and best fast food restaurant you can go to in my opinion you get to pick everything you want on your food you get to pick your drink and even mix it the staff are nice and if they run out of an ingredient they're more than happy to make more they appreciate tips however big or small and the smell of the food is delicious nice and fresh some people may complain that the bread is too hard that service is too slow that the food is not healthy enough this is what I have to say to all that Subway restaurant is the best and healthiest fast food restaurant I've ever been to there is no restaurant that is perfect and when it comes to Subway workers don't let complaints like that bother you unfortunately no one can make everyone happy keep up the good work Subway you are doing a better job than a lot of other fast food restaurants especially ones that serve greasy cheeseburgers and chicken burgers and fries and other high-fat disgusting Foods

Put banana peppers on my sandwich when not looking I won't be back
