Alex was very professional and knowledgeable.nAs I stood by asking questions, he patiently took the time to explain “The How and Whys” to me! ( I’m new to propane heat and was curious!)nHe was precise in checking to make sure everything was working and running properly.nI would defin recommend. He explains the procedures he will perform as part of the service call and then summarizes his findings when done. He recommends additional services when necessary and provides guidance. Mike and Madison of C&G One Hour Heating and AC arrived well within the time frame that was stated. They were professional, PPE attired, clean, knowledgeable, and upbeat. They replaced our air handling unit's motor very quickly. They were very neat (no marks or spots left on our white carpet), and quiet. Our AC is back to a 'cool whisper' and we are very happy!
