Gary is the best. It was me and my wife’s first time buying a house and boy did we have a lot of questions. He was so helpful. Got all our waterlines, radiator lines and gas lines tested. So happy we went with him. Great guy!
When my garbage disposal started leaking water all over the kitchen two days before hosting Christmas dinner I thought I was doomed. Fortunately, I found Mac Donald Plumbing. Gary arrived at my house the same morning I called. He was professional and pleasant. He fixed the leak and unclogged an upstairs bathroom sink as well, all for a very reasonable rate. I definitely will be calling him for any future plumbing needs!
My experience was absolutely excellent, I would recommend Mac Donald & Co Plumbing everytime.
At first, seemed like an honest local guy, his price was reasonable. After 70-80% of the work was done, an accident happened and I had substantial water damage to my property. After that, Gary just vanished and never answered my phone calls.nAfter 2 weeks he returned on the job, did the bare minimum and never looked back.
Hot water heater went after 11 years. Called Gary and he was over within 30 minutes.He had the new heater installed and replaced a valve in a very short time. Great guy and good prices. Will recommend him to others.
