Brought a travel bag to clean and a work pant to fix. Very happy with the results and the price. Very nice staff.

I took a blouse in and the patch that I needed to be sewed on so it would not come off when washed. The patch had long stitches to connect it together but that also means that it will break off when it is washed. And it cost $30 for the stitches to come out when the blouse is washed. Textile called me back within 15 minutes and and rectified the problem. Thank you for your quick response.

Twice I have used the south location's tailoring services and both times they have ruined my garments beyond repair.nnHowever, neither time did I end up having to pay for it. They handled it very well and even tried fixing the last one while I was there (to no avail).nnThis review is not for the business, it is for the tailor's skill level. Sweet woman but seems very unhappy. Very obvious. She might be better off finding something she likes to do.

Friendly staff, and they did a fine job cleaning up my wool overcoat at a very fair price! Will be returning for any of my other dry cleaning needs.
