Some of the best customer service I have had in some time. Professional, prompt, tidy, and kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend. Office staff to demo crew was top notch! I really felt that they had my best interest in mind. No unnecessary work performed. Having been in a similar industry in the past, the fine details 5 Valleys incorporates were noted and appreciated.

While buying my first home, the inspector found mold from an improperly vented bathroom fan in the attic. 5 Valley's showed up within a day to quote the mold mitigation and was able to get us scheduled timely. They were extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy. The before and after pictures they provided following cleanup were very reassuring that everything was taken care of and there was nothing to worry about in our attic.

Chase Owens is a carpet cleaning master; he provided deep cleaning and seemingly worked magic on stains throughout the whole house. He is also very professional and friendly, informative and helpful when I asked about the process and their spectrum of available cleaning products. I will be recommending Five Valleys to anyone.
