Gary and his team are awesome. Replaced heating and cooling system. Very fast and clean installation. I particularly enjoyed the follow up email from them with pictures of every aspect of the installation. Very reasonable rates considering their exceptional customer service and follow ups. Would recommend to all.
Gary and his awesome team did an incredible job installing the minisplit system. I had them install 5 minisplits. The outdoor compressor is silent as they promised. I am so impressed. Now the house is always nice and cool. I'm also looking forward to this coming winter so I can use the heat technology that the minisplits offer. Thank you Pelletier!
Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, patient explaining what he saw and did. Last winter Bill Berg saved us from having to buy a new furnace. He kept testing different parts until he found the one that was not working and replaced it. Our furnace is thirty years old but we had just bought the house and didn’t have $10,000 for a new furnace. I have only good things to say about Bill and Pelletier.
Excellent service, Asante was an awesome technician very knowledgeable professional. On another note all Pelletier tech are professional. The prices could be a little lower as far as charging AC with refrigerant. I recommend this company Gary is a very responsible Owner treats his clients with respect. Thank You Gery!
