My car was unrecognizable when it was all done. It looked great. I will be coming back again.
It's a good place to have your car wash they do a good job of drying it off as well, very friendly too. However, the best part was their eagerness to help out with a question I had regarding how much a detailing of the interior of my car would cost. I left a message on their voicemail, the car wash was closed that day, and she returned my call the very next day and answered my question very knowledgeably and was very happy to do so. I appreciated it very much.
The man that prepped my car for the wash tunnel, I appreciate his work ethic. He put some time and effort into getting it ready for battle, because that’s what that tunnel does- it beats up your car. My mirror was nearly taken off. After emerging I inspected my vehicle, only to see soap everywhere. That was disappointing. No scratches though! I’ll give two stars for that.nnI’m assuming they fazed out the free vacuum token? I don’t know, I wasn’t going to pay for the vacuum, especially after reading all the bad reviews.nnAll in all, the man who greeted and prepped my car needs some support. There’s no way he can maintain this place alone as I suspect that’s the case here.
Happy with the people but it seems for the platinum plus wash, my dashboard would have been wiped off with more than a dry rag.
This was my second bad experience at this car wash. Just moved to the area so gave it one more try but was just as disappointed. 2 men and neither one of them touched my rims both times and there was still dirt on my car as well with brush marks all over the back. Total waste of money. My car wasn’t even that dirty. Just highway dirt. Will not be returning and will drive to Danbury to wash my car instead. Horrible and sad.
