The drive-through line was huge here around 4:30 today. We ordered two Cravings Packs that each come with four beef crunchy tacos and four 5 layer burritos with beef, beans, cheddar, sour cream and a cheddar cheese sauce according to the Taco Bell website description.nnOnline it said these packs were $10. apiece but at this franchise in Torrington, CT they were $11.99 each. Eating the burritos at home, we couldn't detect the cheddar cheese sauce but were okay with this. Some of the burritos had little to no sour cream, as well.nnPeople usually want something different from turkey after Thanksgiving and leftovers for a couple of days. Italian, Chinese and Mexican food all offer different cuisines for those wanting a change.nnTaco Bell is what it is, inexpensive and simple fare that provides a quick easy fix for consumers who are in the mood for this food. For this reason, it provides a needed service.

Not only have we had to often sit in line for 20-30mins but this last time, after waiting forever, we were given the wrong bag of food, nothing that we ordered. $17 down the drain and this isn’t the first time. Really starting to hate going to Taco Bell

Long line of cars...nOrder given 3 times and they still got 2 items wrong.nOrdered Burrito Supreme with Steak, none put in!!!nOrdered box nachos, with shredded chicken, black beans, extra tomatoes, no guacamole, they forgot Nacho cheese sauce.nHow can you have nachos without cheese sauce.

We DoorDash are food. It took over an hour to get after they changed the estimated time, 3 times. When we got the food it was cold and the tortillas were hard. Would not recommend using DoorDash for Taco Bell.
