Recently came in to pick up an online order, and they had only one person behind the counter working. There were 4 workers just sitting at a table. Not to mention they had looked over several times, but never even asked if the man behind the counter needed assistance. Due to this, I had waited an extra 15 minutes to get my order. Their food is great. That’s why this review has 3 stars, that was honestly their saving grace today with this review.

If you don't mind paying the few bucks more than fast food joints, its WELL worth it! The fries alone make up for the price difference. The burgers are great and cooked AFTER you order. Love it.

Food was good, a little more than I normally spend on burgers and fries but better than other fast food places. Fries were the only disappointment, much too soggy for my tastes. The strawberry shake I got was really good

Used to think this place was A+, but with recent orders this place is at the most a C+. Half the time only one person is working with the others just chatting at some table, and others they just straight up get your order wrong. Just not acceptable when you're paying about 50 dollars for a boarderline fast food meal for two people.

I went last night, November 15 and there were two people working. A young woman and a young man, when we walked in there was no one at the counter and there was trash on the floor in the kitchen. The staff was in the back chatting with other customers on the floor and each other. They forgot to give us our cups and were overall very inattentive and during the time we were here, the young man was giving the young girl’s phone number to three young men that were customers. It was overall disgusting and unprofessional. There was no supervision and there should be consequences.
