The wash was good, but they cracked my (never used so no reason to be open/down) passenger window and left it down through the wash, (pre-Covid when you got out for them to vacuum and do interior). I went for the wash that included everything to waxing, totally soaking my seat in the winter. They also did vacuum out under the trunk hood and front when I asked which was appreciated. Was mad about having a soaked car seat though.
Interior vacuuming is done for you, clean windows, and a wash. It's a full service car wash. Because of the level of service you'll get you have to be fair and factor in some waiting time. The staff is great!
Have the monthly pass and just got my car detailed bumper to bumper. The detail came out amazing!! Very thorough and squeaky clean. They all work very hard, especially Joe who is always personable. Don’t go anywhere else if you want quality.
Failed to cancel my monthly subscription and continued charging me for months after. Refused to refund any money.
Very disappointed. I used to love their work. Got car washed using the top wash selection. I have weathertech floor liners. They left pebbles and dirt behind after vacuuming. Front window was still dirty. Not good for $32
