I called the non-emergency line after being directed there by the CT state website for Covid violations after I spoke with a local business that was not abiding by the mask mandate. While it was my misunderstanding that the mask mandate was legally enforceable (which the dispatcher explained), I found it distressingly unprofessional when the she continued on with her own personal opinions about “this Covid nonsense” and mask wearing. Very unprofessional.

The light at Nuchees in Forestville only works half the time on the bridge side. There’s constantly traffic backed up Stafford Ave. I live at this intersection. I have called Bristol PD and left countless messages with traffic division and former LT Kozarin. Now it’s a new guy who doesn’t even answer the phone let alone call people back. Bristol has turned into trash from the top to bottom.

I just wanna say, the Bristol police really care, I live on a busy street and a dog was hit and hurt, they followed the dog home to get it help and even though it was a hit and run, they probably saved that dog's life. I've never seen police care the way they did. Thank you, you make us all feel safe.
