Haven’t even dealt with them yet But just looking at the website and the reviews discourages me. I’ve waited since august to get my temp pistol permit and I finally got the call advising me it was approved. I go online to see how to make an appointment to get my state permit which is done through An “Event brite” System & I find that appointments are “sold out“ until April! (As if waiting & waiting 4 months wasn’t enough hoops to jump through). All over CT GOV website states you must apply For the state permit within 60 days upon receiving your temp permit, How is this even possible when appointments are booked through April?! Their website also says in bold red letters to not make an appointment until your temp permit is in your hand. Not to mention, the event brite system they have in place To schedule indicates there’s appointments available sooner than April but then say are sold out. Their website also doesn’t mention if exceptions are available to those who cannot obtain an appointment with in 60 Days. Typical liberal-run state. Quick to take your $ and infringe upon your rights to bear arms in a reasonable time frame. ud83eudd2c CT and it’s “officials” clearly don’t want you to exercise your amendment rights. The “constitution state” which is anything but constitutional!

Absolute disgrace! This place needs to work on respect, I have NEVER encountered such a rude individual who answers the main incoming calls. She should be retrained or fired. Shame on the State of Connecticut. I called to ask for clarification not to be screamed at and belittled by a miserable woman!

Terrible staff they really need to get there stuff together. They're rude and you will have such a hard time trying getting a guard card via mail renewal for the amount of time you're waiting for it. Called the guy in the office in middletown one day he had no clue about the new temporary rules of the guard card which are. When card expires you have a 180 days to renew not 90 days (originally). Complaint done.
