I have been going to Gel Nails for several years and really liked my technician. However, Luan did not come back after the shut down so I started using other technicians. They all did a fine job. The last time I went, I had an appointment at 1:30pm for a manicure. I arrived early and they sat me at a technician's desk so I thought I would be helped next. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes at the desk without anyone ever acknowledging me. I was so mad that I left and will never return. I am also concerned about the fact that their restroom is always rather filthy. I know they are not in the business of providing bathroom services but...
This place has such a nice atmosphere and great workers. My nails are fabulous and I was well pleased!
I love thos place. They all can take care of what I want
When I walked in I was greeted fine but the service I received is not worth it. I made an appointment for 4 people at 3 pm and we all walked in together they only took one of us and then decided to work on the 2 customers that came in after us which was not fair because I made the appointment for 4 people. Ended up waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time They are under staffed and they rushed the pedicure I will not be visiting again. This is the second bad experience with this place
They change there're prices when I've been there 3 times and tell me in the middle of getting my nails done that the price i expected was not the price. Clearly this is outside of there're shop . Told me oh not here
