Nick and a team from Busy Bee replaced a VERY old furnace for me. They were able to do the installation on short notice, as we'd developed a serious problem with a system long past its time. They were efficient, extremely professional, careful with our pets, and tidied up after themselves. The equipment installed was of a high quality brand we knew, and the pricing was quite competitive. I would not hesitate to use this team again. They're great!
Kelly was very friendly and quick to respond. She even called back right away when she said she would and was very communicative through the process. I needed a furnace cleaning quickly for a condo closing and busy bee made it happen and very reasonably priced. Joey was a great tech. If I ever find myself needing HVAC services in CT again I will reach back out to busy bee, highly recommend.
Nick from Busy Bee was very professional, clean, and courteous. We've called several places and Busy Bee wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. They put a new whole house valve, closed and capped a few water pipes and re-routed the water pipes to our laundry room sink. He also installed the new sink and hauled away the old sink. Overall we're satisfied with his work, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Nick from Busy Bee went above and beyond to accommodate our needs to service our furnace and inspect the functionality of our heating system when we were selling our home. Nick and Busy Bee understood the importance of our specific need to complete this work before selling our home and was there within a day to perform the work.
