The wonderful girl - I am so bad with names, but she was recently named manager. She is such a hard worker, and I love talking to her every time I come in! I ordered ahead of time today, and was happy she was there, but sad I couldn't talk to her as much!nnThere were a few times in the past, I wanted to punch some of the employees in the face because they were rude. For no reason. I am not mean or rude in the least, even on a bad day, so it's just something I never understand. ANYWAY... the new manger rocks - KEEP HER THERE FOREVER SHE IS A TREASURE
I felt bad because I started ordering and realized “this girl isn’t wearing her mask”. I felt bad the entire order and was going to just buy it and throw it out because I felt embarrassed to say something. When paying, I finally decided to say “I am sorry but no thank you because You aren’t wearing your mask”. She should’ve been wearing one, especially for someone working with food.
Really really bad service I order online 30mint prior I pick up and still wait another 25mint
I walked up at 9 p.m. and was told by the manager that I had to wait 10 minutes while she filled out paperwork before she could make me a sandwich. All she had to do was sit down her paperwork and make me a sandwich. So simple! Last time I go there.
Great customer service. Staff was so pleasant I thought I forgot I was in CT. A+++++++++
