I paid $10 for the automatic car wash. (The card reader didn’t work, so I paid in cash.) I entered the wash, and the hoses rotated around the car, but no soap or water came out. I tried calling the business number three times, but no one answered, and voice mail was not set up, so it seems there is no opportunity to tell the business owners that the automatic wash is out of order, nor to get a refund.
Really poor wash! I thought after sitting in the wash for 15 minutes it would be a nice clean, but instead truck was covered in a film of dusty hard water stains before I even attempted to dry it. Didn’t get wheels or bugs cleaned either.
