Feel Good... Wash It

I stopped in to wash the road grime off my truck because I usually have a good experience there, but not this time. I started by washing the exterior and floor matts with the soap setting in the sprayer and half way through it stopped putting out soap. Next I went to the vacuums and tried the regular setting on a two stage vacuum and it was horrible. Wasn’t picking up everything and the suction seemed low. I tried the vacuum next to that which also had a shampoo attachment. The shampoo attachment was out of order and considering it uses water and the temperature outside that was understandable, but that vacuum wasn’t much better than the first one that I tried. Usually two cycles through the vacuum will have my truck looking great but after two times on the vacuums this time I needed a third. Rushed for time and wanted to get the carpets clean I resorted to the $2.00 three fan vacuum setting on the original one that I used and it once again was lacking much power. Frustrated I hung the hose up and while doing so noticed that debris was falling out of the hose as I hung it. There were people that appeared to work there milling about, but my time to complete the task was far past the original amount allotted so I didn’t have time to mention the problems to the attendants. I’ll try there again next time since it’s by far the most convenient place to clean my truck and hope that I don’t run into the same issues.

I paired for a full wash, under carriage rinse. It sprayed the underside of my truck for 15 seconds then shut off.nIt wouldn't even print a receipt.nTerrible experience being ripped off and no number to call to file a complaint.

Just stole 4 dollars....be careful here. the coin machines don’t work well and there is no option to get your change back.

Pretty good spray car wash, but no spot free rinse.
