I have been going here for a few years for threading. Love these ladies! I moved a bit farther away and still go back to this location because they are the best, and customer service is like no other!
i usually like this location. However the older lady (she usually works on the camino del norte store) who helped me messed up my eyebrows. she left one thicker than the other and she rushed her work to answer a phone call. I didnt ask her to balance them out because that’s too thin for my liking. Next time i’ll wait for another worker because i’m highly upset with how my eyebrows are gonna look for two weeks.
The women were nice but the older woman that helped me just rushed through my brows. She left them thin and uneven and told me to thicken them up with makeup, which defeats the purpose.
I love this place! They all do an awesome job, all very friendly. Some eyebrow places have language barriers that can be very uncomfortable (body language facial expressions) but there’s never been a time I’ve felt uncomfortable and I’ve been a customer since 2014. They’re all great but if LISA is there I always always always wait for her because she’s my absolute favorite! She’s more of a friend to me than anything. Love her so much!
The ladies that work here are so sweet! Very quick and efficient!
