The server at the bar was exceptional! She was prompt, polite, attentive, and super knowledgeable. She also had a great sense of hospitality; which too often is lacking these days. I would have given 6 stars if I could. The Cheesecake factory has definitely won me over as a result of her impeccable service!

As I sit here about to pay for our meal, I must say...I am impressed. We dont make it out this way often, so we were pleased to be able to get right in and be seated quickly. Service was excellent! Oh, Meg is FANTASTIC! She is SO FREAKING NICE! Our meal was excellent, portions were huge, and they came out quick. We even had a piece of the salted caramel cheesecake, and WOW was that awesome!!!!nnI know the owner comments on these reviews, please say thank you to Meg again for us. She was probably the nicest server we have ever had at a restaurant. Truly exceptional!

Employee in the cheetah shirt should really cool it. The way she spoke to her staff was so unprofessional it hurt to watch, treat people with respect. They were all working and doing there best, I think she just made their job harder. Fantastic job to everyone else working behind the cheesecake counter. xx Jen

Hey guys jdog back here with another review. So this one comes from the cheese cake factory in Connecticut. Now I was on my way and called in advanced to find out if the cheese cake cake factory was peanut free which it was but after waiting 10 minutes on the phone. Get here and and was greeted by an extremely kind man. And waited no time to show us to a table. From the time we sat down to giving our orders was no less than a minute. Now food came out relatively quick. And was amazing in every aspect but the only thing I would change is the big bald guy staring me down as I’m eating my cheese burger. I personally felt threatened by his actions. But this cheese cake factory was exquisite in every way possible.
