Finally had enough of this place today (5/19/2020). Reluctantly tried this store again (because of location) after a number of recent bad experiences during the past year. As per usual, the 20-minute wait turned into 40 minutes, which subsequently turned into an hour. Poorly managed, employees standing around on breaks with 11 potential customers on the waiting list, rude “manager” (and I use the word manager loosely and laughably) forces two customers waiting in the lobby to leave, and amateur haircuts that cost $16 - the entire process is nothing more than rolling the dice and hoping your hair doesn’t get butchered, which I have experienced more than once. Earlier this year, after one of my visits to this establishment, my hair literally wouldn’t lay flat (for weeks) after one of their novice and neophyte employees performed a hatchet job on my head - even managed to snag and cut my ear with the scissors. This is nothing more than an assembly-line business to get you in and out of the chair as quickly as possible coupled with haircuts that are, at best, mediocre in quality. Poor service, horrible management, and low-quality haircuts. Never handing this place another dollar. Do not go here - anywhere else in town can and will do a better job.
The new assistant manager was extremely rude to a worker while there was customers in the store. The other working was rude as well she looked dirty and has gross hair. Maybe we shouldn't work in a salon if we can't look appropriate. I loved Nash she cut my hair and kept apologizing for her boss and co worker
