Jessica is very professional and gives a very thorough pedicure. My toenails always look and feel great.
I was a first-time client at Polished Salon and my Nail Tech was Jennifer Olson. My appointment was on a Friday as I was attending an out of town wedding Saturday. I noticed, prior to the wedding, that the polish on my toenails was not to the ends of the nails and she had done an all-around inadequate job on the pedicure. I also had a chip in the polish of one of my fingernails. I went back to the Salon Monday and Jennifer was not available, so I returned on Tuesday. I explained the issue and she wouldn’t even look at my nails and she was very aloof. I asked for a refund and was denied arrogantly. She was more concerned about the money for her time than customer satisfaction and quality service. I would not recommend going to Jennifer.
Pedicure was amazing! Manicure- eh.
These ladies are the best at what they do. Artistic, friendly and fun!
Jessica is always a professional! She does beautiful nail work and is always fun to c h.g at with for an hour!
