Had a leak and Petro sent someone out the same day. Jon was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help fix our leak. Can't say enough good things!
Worse company ever. They made substandard pluming repairs in my home. Being a single woman I don't frequent my cellar to check the plumbing. Was having an issue in my shower and when my current repairman checked everything he discovered that the problem was 1) the temperature was too high and 2) the repair was leaking and had been from the get go. When I called to see what they would do about this the first person hung up on me. The second person said they wouldn't take responsibility because the work was done 2 years ago.
The technician was prompt and efficient, also friendly.nHe knew he needed assistance so contacted another technician and they handled the job together.
I had central air-conditioning that failed. From the time I phoned in the morning with the issue to having a technician here to diagnose and fix the problem it was only a matter of hours!! The staff on the phone as well as the technician that arrived were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and totally resolved my problem!
