Paid over 300 dollars to have Mercedes SUV detailed and hood compound buffed. The hood was lightly buffed and car only washed. Very disappointed in the poor service. Paid 300 dollars for nothing. DON'T RECOMMENDnnDisappointed in the poor quality of work on Mercedes SUV.nI asked for a full detail, and compound hood buffing on Mercedes.nMercedes wheel rims were dirty with brake dust, upon final inspection and car was not buffed, upon final inspection. Engine bay not wiped down, upon final inspection.nOnly the interior was well steam cleaned, leather seats, not conditioned, upon final inspection.nMercedes only washed and then sprayed wax, upon final inspection. .nWill not, go back again. Don't recommend.

Very happy and satisfied with the service they performed for my vehicle. I selected Fine Details because while away on vacation I transported food, ,an unknown amount of possibly chicken sauce/juice leaked out of a food tray onto the carpet floor & mat in the rear passenger side. A food odor resulted from the leak.nnI called, scheduled an appointment, and while I requested interior detail, I accidentally did not mention I needed a specific area of my car steam cleaned to remove the smell, and not the entire interior. They honored my request and proceeded to work upon my arrival. I am very happy and confident the steam clean will work. In and out in less than an hour.

Charlie and his staff went beyond my expectations. There is no substitute for experience and expertise (and kindness). This firm has been in business for more than 30 years and they have seen it all - although I presented a somewhat novel conundrum. Suffice it to say I was amazed and pleased. My very highest recommendation.
