I lived in Middletown & signed up for fast pass car wash and used it regularly until I moved and no longer was able to use the service & tried to cancel, that's where my nightmare began. They made it sound simple when I called, go to this web site and use the cancel service there, I did but never got a confirmation of cancelation. I moved and forgot all about them until I noticed a charge for the service still, I called the manager and was told to cancel again and send email for refund to management, I never got confirmation or a response from management, this happened 2 more months with me trying to contact management and doing what they told me but still got charged. I gave the case to BBB and they are having the same problem as me, they are not responding to them. I had to change my bank account number so they couldn't charge me anymore but I'm still out the money they charged 3 months at $22 each. The wash was fine but if you have to deal with them for any reason, God help you.

Discontinued both my fiancée and my unlimited wash services today after receiving incredibly poor treatment from employee 12901. Every time going to this wash in Cromwell, my fiancée was given an issue about his license plate not being in the system despite us being charged for a membership. This happened EVERY time, despite us being told multiple times they fixed the issue in the system. This employee was incredibly nasty, condescending, and had a poor attitude from the beginning and she was more than happy to be downright rude to us. We spent 25 minutes sitting at the car wash while they figured out their business and FINALLY canceled both of our memberships. A headache, and treated poorly all the while. Employee 12901 should be spoken to seriously regarding the nasty, entitled way she treats customers and why this attitude is inappropriate for someone choosing to work in the service industry. I will not be visiting this car wash again.

A good place to get your car washed everything's new at this place and they even have nice quick detailing

This is a very good car wash the employees are very knowledgeable respectful and kind I would recommend them a 100%
