The over-car feather dryer breaks much of the time leaving your car wet. Bug remover spray works great!nI have found scratched glass from hand brushes. Drying (wiping) staff canceled due to Corona virus, I guess?.....which is understandable. Assistant manager is great!
I have been doing business with Splash Car in Cromwell was for about 6 years. Not all car washes are the same. The manager and personnel are professional. They are responsive to any issues or concerns and bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. It starts from the top and thats the manager. Great job!nnPerry
Have gone here for a few years, usually it goes well. Today the entire right side of my car was dented going thru the wash. Filed a claim with insurance company. Lost a customer for life.nnAdvice to others: pay an extra $5 to go somewhere better and avoid the headache.
