The place is very clean and the people were nice. My main qualm is that it hurt so bad when the girl was doing my cuticles and then I noticed them bleeding. I’ve had my nails done before and never had them taken off like that. Now my cuticles are so red and sensitive that anything is making them bleed. It’s a day later and I looked down at my finger after feeling a lot of pain and my cuticles was bleeding with no indicative cause. Very concerning as they’ve never bled before.

I felt very uncomfortable when i walked in they made me to feel like i didn't belong and when i was about to pay i noticed the girl messed up one of my nails so i told the owner and when he asked the girl to fix she spoke in her language too the other nail attendant they both looked and laugh. Thought i found a good nail place but uncomfortable is not what i want they won't get anymore of my money.

This place is AWESOME! And their customer service is beyond phenomenal. After a nearby salon lost my reservation for myself & five bridesmaids, they saved the day and gave everyone beautiful manicures, gel manicures and pedicures. They work efficiently and professionally and do wonderful work. The salon is clean and has great add ons. Thank you Bella Nail & Spa! You saved the day!

My daughter had a mani and I had a pedi. We had an appt but still waited 20 min. She actually waited longer. Another woman with an appt actually walked out due to the wait. The girl cut up my daughter’s cuticles with her fingernail when scraping the excess polish off. It was so bad that my daughter’s cuticles became red and inflamed and she wasn’t able to put her hands in the ocean or pool water for 3 days without pain. On day 4 the inflammation finally went away. I had a similar issue with 2 toes. When the girl filed them, she actually filed my skin. I had to treat one toe with disinfectant and wear a bandaid for a couple days. In addition, when she painted my toes and put the gel dryer on, she kept bumping my toes with it. When I told her what was happening, she tried to stop doing it but ended up scraping the polish off of 2 nails and had to redo them. The staff was very friendly but I wouldn’t go back there again. Manicures and pedicures should not be painful and I worried about infection.
