Before COVID I would have given this establishment 4 stars based on my nails, however I got my lashes done for the first time. I was told that my own lashes would not be effected however by the end of 2 weeks I lost the majority of my own lashes and had to buy $200 worth of lash serum. A lash tech stated the false eyelashes that were used were 1. Poor quality and too heavy for my lashes and 2. Were glued to far up on my own lashes. The false lashes used felt like pins on my eyelids and caused discomfort and irritation during the time they were in. On June 18th my daughter and I had appointments for full sets and pedicures. The whole time the owner was doing my nails he was constantly interrupted and taking phone calls for schedules. He rushed thru and did not do a through job which resulted in my nails being uneven and crucade.I then was given a pedicure in which the genteel man shaved my heels far too much resulting in two big raised pink flesh sores on both interior heels. The next day I returned with my own polish as the pedicure polish I was given looked awful.And for the owner to fix the uneven nails. He was irritated and mumbled things like he didn’t have time and they were too busy . He filed down the two nails but did not re apply the gel. He used the polish I brought and repainted my toes stating they were uneven and French wouldn’t look right.After he charged me another $21 dollars for my nail color change which I did not think was right as I had spent $223 the day prior. I walked out flustered and saw someone waiting outside I knew and stayed I was not returning and why. The owner came out while I was in my car and abruptly cane to my window and asked if I had a problem. So I said yes I did not agree with the service or the extra charge. He became irrational and statued ( he didn’t need to take this from people like me) I am African American ) and said I could take my business elsewhere . I want a refund and also payment for the dr few after going to walk-in for my heels.

I’ve been a customer here since it was Moon Nails. Since the new takeover of ProNails I decided to give them a try with the powder dip and I’ve had the owner and Amy do my nails and I’ve never had a problem. My nails last 3-4 weeks. I’ve never had a problem ever with any kind of infections from this place. My nails look amazing and they pay attention to details, not like other places I’ve tried. They have so many colors to try as well. Give them a try.

This is a nice facility, However, the prices are a bit high for what you get. My manicure was done without hand washing and my cuticles were trimmed without first being cleaned or softened. While the manicure looks nice my hands were not cared for as I had hoped or anticipated.
