Quick Post re my experience and a warning regarding Golden Nozzle Car Wash on Route 3 in Rocky Hill. I went through the car wash with my 2015 Suburban. When pulled out of the parking lot taking a left my back-passenger quarter panel was flapping in the wind. Obviously, the carwash had somehow pulled it off. I immediately went back and filled out an incident report and had the attendant take picture. I was told they would call within 5 days, they didn't and I had to call them. Upon review of the pictures that stated that they would not be paying for any of the damage and that was there final decision. Their explanation was there machine has never done that before and the clip on my quarter panel looked weird. So, I had to go through my insurance. I then called them back and asked as a good faith and customer service gesture would they at least cover my $500 deductible on the $1600 worth of damage, nope to that request too. I always liked the car wash but it is apparent you are on you own regarding any damage that occurs. Just very disappointing.
Always great. I have been in Rocky Hill for 5 years and come here all the time.nnThey have a monthly subscription of $20 or varity of car wash options.nnAlso the vacumms are super strong
Best car wash hands down.. monthly membership is worth while if you travel the tri-state area
This car wash is convenient and cleans my car very well. The staff is great and I highly recommend this car wash
