Made an appointment hours in advance and waited in my car for 45 mins since they are near work. Got checked in on time and was informed that they are running very late and I would be after the current AND next person in line. A phone call would have been nice, maybe text, email, anything? Guess the customers aren't that important to them. Not my first visit but never coming back! Previous appointments were what you'd expect. Nothing special.
Sabastin is great to work with been going there for about 5 years always for trim work my last time I had a coloring done it came out very nice
Been few times and been pleased and happy with hair cut. But today not all the girl didn't have clue and the manager had to help. But was very nice the manager. But if you don't know how to cut a style don't try let someone else do it.
Inexpensive, great cut, barber took their time and made sure it came out perfect. Also took sanitizing seriously. Was my first time going, will be back.
I went for a quick trim and straightening over a MONTH ago that took over one hour and 15 minutes to complete. My hair was full of greasy product and NOT straight. Upon check out I was informed it was $80 LOL. Didn’t have time to argue because I was running late to an event, called the store multiple times to complain and NEVER heard back. Submitted online forms complaining and I NEVER heard back. Don’t go here they will happily take your money and never respond.nnUpdate: still no response from store as to why I was overcharged or for my general complaint all together.
