I had 4 companies come to my house for qoutes for a water softener system . 3 companies not named advanced plumbing qouted the system at approximately $1,900. Advanced plumbing's qoute came in at $3,500. Save yourself a ton of money and time and don't do business with this company.
David was a great gas technician! Nicole in the office was also amazing! Good honest folks who do the job they say they are going to do and do it right!!
We were told on phone that there is no fee for diagnostic, but we were charged. Even before actually looking at the problem they were predetermined to give us a big bill throwing terms around and all was really needed was to replace the cartridge which you would expect a professional plumber to do easily. I will highly recommend NOT to use their service.
I'm writing a testimonial for this co. and I've not even had any work done yet! The owner was very kind when I called to cancel work I had requested earlier. The plumber was already on his way but I had discovered that the problem began at the outside foundation of my condominium and so the condo maintenance staff could fix it. This was on a Sat. - I also discovered that this company does not charge extra for weekend work which is unusual. The next time I need a plumber I will definitely call West Hartford Plumbing!
We had no heat and are new to this area. Linda had someone at our house within the hour. They did a temporary fix to allow us time to decide on the permanent fix which they did early the next morning. Prompt polite and professional service - highly recommended!!
