DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD ONLINE.. this is the second time I ordered my food online to pick up and they COMPLETELY got my order wrong.. I ordered a Black Forest ham on Italian bread with cheese lettuce and Mayo nothing else.. the guy ended up giving me a Black Forest ham with wheat bread EVERY SINGLE vegetable possible. No cheese no Mayo... also messed up the 2 other sandhwiches I ordered.. smh . one star

Horrible. Wish I could do 0 stars. I mean I said I wanted Italian bread and the worker made it on wheat. I had already paid for my food and realized this mistake when I took the first bite. So I asked her if it was wheat and she said ‘yes that’s wheat’ and didn’t even apologize. So I told her I don’t really like wheat and can’t really eat it and she just said ‘I’m sorry’. So I tried one more bite and I really just couldn’t stomach it. So I went up and told her I couldn’t eat it is there a possibility I can have a remake and she said ‘I’m really sorry but I can’t remake it for you because you already ate it’. I’m sorry what? I took one bite and found out it was wrong. You did nothing. I took one more bite to see if I could tolerate it. And I had no problem giving them the mess up back. I didn’t want free food just the sandwich that I paid for because it was made WRONG. She then proceeded to tell my friends that her MANAGER said they can’t remake food for people. Eventually my friend, who is a manager, explained to the girl that in food service she would have expected her staff to remake it. So the worker listened to her and remade it. I mean, come on. I manage a restaurant too. If the guests food was made wrong then it is our responsibility to fix it. Simply put. I didn’t eat it all and then complain. To add to the issue, she said she had to call the manager and ask him. Where is the manager then?

Not sure why there is negative feedback on this location - the people were nice. No one was rude, and the sandwich was really good.

Hello! The subway in stanley street, New Britain, CT 06053 I had the new Brisket in the morning september 16 ; the girl attending have horrible customer sevice. My husband wanted the sandwich in a combo meal. She says it cannot be ordered like that. She doesn't have the mac n cheese and she was baking the cookies at 7:30am so no cookies for me. She didn't offer a soda for a footlong and a 6 inch brisket sandwich. Horrible, we left and buy our sodas at McDonalds. After paying, she quickly left the cashier station and get inside a room, and her face wasn't welcoming or anything at all. The complete directionn1537 stanley street Central Square Plaza. Service at this specific establishment was absolutely terrible and the worker was very rude. The worker was not attentive to me or even my daughter which is the really frustrating part. I will never eat at this establishment again. I will also be sending this to corporate as well.
