Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding.nThese are just a few adjectives to describe my experience with New Britain Plumbing.nI am no contractor and have no plumbing experience, so I was not sure how I would be treated.nMy first contact was with Mike, at the counter.nHe listened to my sump pump problem and questions. He researched and ordered parts from their distributor.nI made a follow-up call to see if the parts had come in, and met my next professional on the phone . Diane.nShe stated that she would follow-up and get back to me. She did as she promised.nThe parts finally came in after about a week and a half. Although they looked like my parts, they didn't fit.nThe end result was that parts were no longer available due to age of pump.nI ended up purchasing a new one. Without asking, Mike gave me credit toward the new pump and what I believe, was a contractor discount.nThis was one of the best purchasing experience I've had.nI would recommend New Britain Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing supplies and fixtures.
