I moved from out of state and Molly worked with my family in town to show us houses. I was able to get showings of houses that came on the market often the day of or the day after they showed up. The team was a big help during bidding and closing.

Aubrey's team has always been there for us and we could never ask for anything more. The several times we were in the market, then not, they were always with us every step of the way. Finally, after a few years of knowing these girls and keeping in touch, we were able to settle down in our first dream home! Even with our situation being a little different than average, Aubrey and her team were nothing short of exceptional! Each of them, in some fashion or another, went above and beyond for us, multiple times without being asked, or that was even necessary; it's just second nature to them. The great friendship and professional relationship built with these ladies is not something that ends when the first purchase is final; and that is something we are forever grateful for. As out of state buyers, our family can't thank KW, Aubrey Hutchinson, Molly Holahan, and their entire team enough. This entire experience of remote buying/buying sight-unseen could've been a nightmare, but being able to trust her and Molly to help us navigate it, made it smooth and the best option given our new Covid world.nnWe used KW in Alaska to sell and close on our previous home, and the agents coordinated and discussed a strategy that worked out amazing.nnThe video tours the ladies give are more than sufficient for making a purchase if you know what you're after and ask the questions you care about. They helped get inspectors and repair folks in and out and made sure we had what we needed when we arrived off hours (a key box!)nnSeriously, the house/property/and neighborhood is exactly as we hoped and what we were looking for our long-term home.  The ladies helped find and show us a home in a neighborhood they knew we'd like, and we closed on it and our previous house on the same day.nnHighly recommend this team!
