Not great. Guy only cleaned 1 side of my car and it just wasn't great customer service. The wash itself was average, definitely not worth the price. Vacuum area was dusty (did NOT wanna drive to/through it with my freshly washed car) and the free vacuum was short and weak. I won't be going back.
It's a great place y take care of your vehicle.
My wife goes here always and loves it. She uses the soft touch automatic car wash. She gets coupons for it from Stop & Shop which makes it a good deal. There is an undercarriage wash which is crucial because of the road treatments the state of CT uses for snow and ice storms.nShe is always happy with the results...
I went to the 129 Willard Ave location on Sunday and found out after I put $5 in the self-wash machine that it was out of order (no signage). I called but it went straight to voicemail and emailed but have yet to hear back from anyone.
Very friendly staff, no issues during the carwash. They have free vacuum service and the vacuums are very powerful. Overall pleased.
