Best car wash ever. But I never get a token for vacuum even tho I prompt for one. I like the Cromwell one for the free vac. I've been a customer since day one with two cars on hold unlimited wash. Best car wash ever. Ty guys
Staff are always helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience with anything here.
Its Sarah, first off I paid for unlimited wash, I go in the wash and still have stains thats not removed and to add on my car ends up not completely dried, Its half wet. I used to go to this spot to get my car washed and now its not as great as It was before. Other then that the staff are great
I read the other reviews and if it is true that the token machine is permanently jammed then you should either not require tokens or give them to people without them having to ask for them. Making making people ask for tokens is dishonest and it is a tipping scam no matter what excuse you try to make to defend it. I'm sorry but the New Britain location is an embarrassing blemish on what would otherwise be a very reputable business.
Car 2ash is great but the vacuums barley have suction here
