I have been using Venus nails for 13 years off and on. The staff is curtious and know what they are doing. Anyone who doesn't speak English will ask the other staff members for translation. I have not heard the staff talking with each other and rudely leaving the customer in the dark wondering if they are talking about you.nI've been in other places where this has happened and I won't go back.

Great experience. Came in for two gel manicures. Both ladies took their time & were not rushed at all, it was so relaxing. Nails came out perfect.

Thank you to the ladies of this salon. I was visiting from NC on business. I googled this salon. I got there they were closing. I said ok went to my car to google another place. Then appeared the manager at the car and said come back we still open to take you. The most amazing service took place in this salon. I recommend anyone to try them. Thank you again and the neck message was great.
