I had a terrible experience here. I went yesterday for a simple blow dry on my hair and it turned out a disaster. I had Sue and explained to her that it was my birthday and what style I was aiming towards. She was tugging my hair as she was blow drying it and didn't use the proper brush. My head was super sore after she finished. She realized I wasn't happy with it and kept talking to distract me from my hair. My hair turned out way worse than when I had walked through the door. I ended up having to re-do my own hair at home. Highly disappointed and upset.

I have been going to Sergio's for well over 20 and I will continue to go there for the foreseeable future. It's is a well run, professional organization and friendly staff as well as excellent results. I HIGHLY recommend Sergio's Hair Design.
